  Horrible, absolutely horrible. My fienc'e and I went to this store to purchase our wedding bands. The website is the worst, we try and make a payment and have to call customer service because Key Jewelrs website SUCKS! And when i called the store to try and make a payment the girl's where very rude. Every single month we have to call customer service to make a simple payment that should be able to be done online. We're at a point where we just might give them our wedding bands back because of how horrible it is. And we LOVE our wedding bands :( so frustrating.

  Here's a hint people....when you see a customer walk into your store acknowledge them no matter how they look. Was dressed down but there to spend money and did not have one associate there even give me a bit of their time. You might want to hire better employees and properly train them on customer service. Needless to say I spent my money else where.
