If you ask them to fix their bad trim job, Jimmie will show up to your house belligerent. After Jimmies installed our new floors we noticed the trim near a door frame didnt look good, it needed to be touched up so we asked them (nicely) over the phone the next day, after they had finished, if they could come back sometime to touch it up. Jimmie himself came over the next day personally and was immediately irate. He started YELLING at my family that nothing was wrong with the trim and that all the furniture would have to be moved out again to fix trim on the other side of the room. To prevent the conflict from escalating any further we immediately gave him the check and asked him to leave. Please dont support this company

Quick and did a great job in restoring the floors even under the radiators. Good job for price..Communication is tough but we made sure they understood. Very hard workers
